2019: Christmas Boat Parade To Be Held Again
Following the success of their Christmas Boat Parade in St George’s on Saturday evening [Dec 1], the organisers confirmed they are planning on hosting another event next year.
The organizers explained that they plan on doing it every other year so that it ends up as one year a Christmas Boat Parade will be held in Hamilton, and the following year one will be held in St George’s, therefore they will have a boat parade again next year “in order for us to fall into the every other year pattern.”
“This is one a few new events that we plan on bringing to the east end,” Milos Damjanovic and Lisa Cabral of The Wharf Restaurant and Bar said.
“As business owners in St George’s we are all about promoting the old town and bringing revenue back to St George’s, which was our main goal in putting on the St George’s Boat Parade.”

Great idea doing it on alternate years from Hamilton.
The Old Town Glowed . The Harbour was spectacular.
I say again…..well done to all the participants and the organizers.
It takes a lot of effort by all concerned and it was beautiful.
Thank you and I look forward to it again next year.
