Bermuda Welcomes First Baby Of 2019
The island has welcomed the first baby of the year, with a baby girl making her grand debut into the world at 4.02am this morning [Jan 1].
A Bermuda Hospital Board spokesperson said, “The first baby of 2019 was born this morning at 4:02 am. The baby girl weighed 7lbs 0.8oz.”
My daughter Joanna was Bermuda’s one and only New Year baby born in 1984.
