National Trust To Host Auction & Jumble Sale
The Bermuda National Trust [BNT] will be hosting its Annual Auction on Saturday March 2nd from 10:00am to 6:00pm at Botanical Gardens. Leading up to the auction, the Trust will hold a Jumble Sale & Auction Preview on Thursday February 28th, 8:30am – 6:30pm and Friday March 1st, 8:30am – 2:00pm.
The BNT website said, “One of the Trust’s best annual fundraisers in the beautiful Botanical Gardens. Everyone can find something fabulous at a great price. Whether you’re moving house, redecorating or just want to make some space in your home, this is your chance to help the Trust.
“Please bring us your donations and we will sell or auction them. Items that do well include well made and designed Bermuda boxes and trays, antique Bermuda silver, Boer War items, antique hurricane shades, good maritime items, barographs, fine linens, good furniture and upholstered pieces, oriental rugs, whole or broken gold and silver jewellery, good Chinese decorative items and antique Chinese ceramics.
