Court: Pernell Brangman Guilty Of Sex Offences

A Supreme Court jury unanimously found Pernell Brangman guilty of sexual offenses against a young girl in the late 1990s.

Brangman, who is in his early 50s, was found guilty on all three counts of sexual exploitation and having unlawful carnal knowledge of a 10-year-old girl between 1997 and 1998, ZBM has reported.
