‘Stranger Danger’ Presentation On June 27th
The police in collaboration with St. George’s stakeholders will be conducting a ‘Stranger Danger’ presentation at Penno’s Wharf in St. George’s at 6:30pm on Thursday, June 27th.
A police spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Police Service in collaboration with St. George’s stakeholders will be conducting a ‘Stranger Danger’ presentation – to raise awareness about how to respond to and report inappropriate personal interactions – for youth and their parents.
“All members of the public are invited to attend this event, which will be held in the Penno’s Wharf [Tiger Bay] St. George’s cruise ship terminal, starting at 6:30pm Thursday 27th June, 2019.
“The forum will provide an opportunity for youth and their parents to discuss and obtain information on what to look out for, how to minimise the chances of being a victim, as well as what course of action can be taken legally against the culprit.”
