Art Centre To Host Weather-Themed Show

Bermuda’s weather can range from postcard-perfect sunny to rainy and windswept — sometimes on the same day.

So the Bermuda Arts Centre at Dockyard is holding a weather-themed exhibit to show how these sometimes wildly changeable conditions are seen through the eyes of local artists.

A members’ show featuring work in all media and sizes, there will be a special opening of Weather at Gallery One Seventeen on Front Street in Hamilton on September 6 from 5:30-7:00 pm.

“It will be an interesting array,” said an Arts Centre spokesperson. “As with the real weather in Bermuda, anything can happen!”

Following the opening, the show will be moving to the Bermuda Arts Centre gallery in Dockyard where it will run until October 4.
