Daniel Phillips returned to action on the David Ferrer Europe Junior Tour.
Playing in the Boys Under 14 Doubles Main Draw, Phillips and Uwe Diehl from Belgium took on Mateo Sarmiento and Iker Sevilla both from Spain.
Phillips and Diehl went down in straight sets 6-3, 6-1.
