BBA Elite City League: Panthers & Hornets Win
A total of 249 points were put on the board in a Bermuda Basketball Association Elite City League double header inside the Bermuda College Gymnasium.
In the opener the Fort Knox Panthers defeated the Storm by 29 points recording a 84 – 55 win. Jorel Smith led the Fort Knox Panthers with a game high 43 points, 2 rebounds, 5 assist and 4 steals, while Jericho Tucker led the Storm with 21 points, 1 rebound, 1 assist and 1 steal.
Game Two saw the BGA Hornets defeat the RLT Lions 62 – 48. Kevin Stephens scored a game high 33 points to lead the BGA Hornets to victory, he also had 6 rebounds, 1 assist, 3 steals and 1 blocked shot, while Eric Lambert scored 21 points for the RLT Lions he also had 4 rebounds, 1 assist and 3 steals.
