Covid-19 Prevention Measures At Airport
As the L.F. Wade International Airport prepares to reopen for commercial flights in July, Skyport provided information on the Covid-19 prevention measures that will be in place for all arriving and departing passengers.
While cargo, charter and private planes have been arriving, the airport has been closed to regularly scheduled commercial airlines since March of this year. It is set to fully re-open next month, and the island can expect daily Delta flights effective July 6, once a week Air Canada flights from July 2, and twice a week flights from British Airways effective July 17.

Deplaning? Really? Disembarking. Deplane is not a word unless you’re referring to that short guy in Fantasy Island.

Its actually a North American verb which means to disembark from an airplane.

Deplaning is an standard industry term as is enplaning.
It’s crap use of language, lazy and made common by US Flight Attendants. Doesn’t happen on BA, for the record. And i was pleasantly surprised to hear a JetBlue say “disembark” last year!
