Traffic Diversions “Due To Protest Activity”
The police are advising the public that there will be traffic diversions in the Middle Road, Devonshire area this afternoon [June 3] ”due to protest activity in the area of the US Consulate.”
A police spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Police Service would like to advise the motoring public that due to protest activity in the area of the US Consulate on Middle Road in Devonshire, this afternoon, Wednesday 3rd June, as at 4:15 pm all traffic headed east will be diverted down Corkscrew Hill.
“Traffic headed west will be diverted down Montpelier Road. Motorists are being encouraged to use alternative routes.”
