TRA Relaunch As Narrative Research Bermuda
Total Research Associates is relaunching as Narrative Research Bermuda, with an aim to “modernise the look of the organisation with a fresh new name, look and approach.”
A spokesperson said, “Total Research Associates Limited, Bermuda’s leading market research company, today announces it is relaunching as Narrative Research Bermuda.
“After more than 22 successful years, Total Research Associates has rebranded to modernise the look of the organisation with a fresh new name, look and approach.”
Narrative Research Bermuda’s Managing Partner Graham Redford explains: “We started a new strategic planning process as part of our 20th anniversary and had decided prior to the Pandemic to take a fresh look at the products we are known for and a fresh approach to the service we provide to our valued clients. We wanted to take the opportunity to provide increased clarity in who we are, what we do and how we do it.”
“Additionally, and as an integral part of our strategic repositioning, we wanted to formalise a relationship that has been in existence for over 20 years. In 1998, working in conjunction with Corporate Research Associates Inc. [CRA], we started the Bermuda Omnibus Survey, Bermuda’s only quarterly syndicated research product, and we have been working together ever since. In 2019, CRA was purchased by two of our colleagues, Margaret Brigley and Margaret Chapman, and rebranded to Narrative Research.”
Margaret Brigley, CEO of Narrative Research continued: “Our two organisations have worked together as partners for more than two decades, and this rebrand now formalises the relationship with a singular cohesive brand. Margaret Chapman and I are also now proud to become investors in Narrative Research Bermuda.”
