In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], One Communications Ltd. advised that pursuant to BSX Regulation Section IIA 6.14[2][i], on 19 October 2020, 22,700 shares were repurchased at an average price of $4.00 for immediate cancellation.
