Cycling: BBA National Criterium Championships

Dominique Mayho and Caitlin Conyers were crowned the Bermuda National Criterium Championships Champions following racing in Hamilton this weekend.

Mahyo and second-place finisher Kaden Hopkins finished with the same time, however V.T. Construction – Madison rider Mahyo was declared the winner with a time of 56:11.6. Winners Edge rider Hopkins was also clocked at 56:11.6, and Tyler Butterfield representing Gnosis was third with a time of 56:12.7.

Conyers, representing Bicycle Works put on a display of power early in the race to finish with a time of 39:35.448. Second-place finisher Ashley Couper, representing V.T. Construction – Madison, clocked 40:22.543, with Winners Edge rider Louise Wells finishing third clocking 40:25.759.

Darren Glasford won the Masters 50+ Division with a time of 38:17.664, with Alexander Miller taking the checkered flag in the Junior Male Division stopping the clock in a time of 38:29.000.
