Video: Police Press Conference On Fires
[Updated] The Bermuda Police Service [BPS] is holding a press conference this morning [March 25] regarding the recent suspicious fires in the Pembroke area. We will have additional coverage later on and in the meantime the live video is below.
Update: The police said, “”In the last two weeks, we’ve had at least six incidents; that’s within the Pembroke Central area, the particular area that we are in today. And this doesn’t go to say that we don’t look into other instances, but this is where we are today, so we have a grave concern with this because it’s not the norm.”
Update: The live broadcast has concluded and the 8-minute replay is below

It’s not to hard to see that their might be a correlation between the recent fires, the graffiti that is being placed throughout that area as well as the vandalism of netball courts.
I urge the BPS to not rule out a possible connection between all of these incidents.
Have the BPS investigated any common links among the arson victims by ethnicity? One incident the vehicles belonged to guest workers from the Philippines. Is hate crime among the motives suspected?
