One-Two Yacht Race Entrants Close To Bermuda
The Bermuda One-Two Yacht Race — which left Newport, Rhode Island earlier this month — continued with sailors and crew preparing to finish off the Town Cut Channel.
Dragon continues as the leaders skippered by Michael Hennessy, with Kiwi Spirit II skippered by Stanley Paris in second, and Gryphon Solo with Joe Harris at the helm are in third. Wind shifts are now hampering the sailors as they are looking for the finish line.
