Video: Govt Presents $20K To Eastern Counties
Premier David Burt presented a $20,000 cheque to the Eastern County Cricket Association today [June 23], saying the Government’s support is to “ensure that the Bermudian people can enjoy some high level cricket this summer.”
The Eastern Counties Cricket Association [ECCA] previously announced that they have “decided to proceed with the hosting of the annual classic.”
“The annual classic was cancelled in 2020, due to the global pandemic, but all four member clubs are eager to see this prestigious event return as of July 17th,” the ECCA noted.
Racking up those votes, guess bitcoin is paying off.
