World Rugby Classic: France Defeat Canada

Canada took on France on the second night of the World Rugby Classic 2021 at the National Sports Centre, with France claiming the victory.

France took the lead when Mathieu Amoros went over for a try, and when Rider Jahouer kicked the conversion they held a 7 – 0 lead, and Canada got on the board minutes later when Jordan Tait kicked a penalty making it 7 – 3.

Jahouer then kicked a penalty and then Laurent Baluc Rittener went over for a France try and they took a 15 – 3 lead to the break.

Thomas Soucaze extended the France lead when he went over for a try, and then Jahouer kicked the conversion to make it 22 – 3, Elvis Vermeulen then scored back to back tries, with Jahouer kicking a conversion to make the score 34 – 3 and France continued their dominance to win the match.
