Phillips Advances In ITF J4 Puerto Rico Bowl
Daniel Phillips was back in action competing in the ITF J4 Bayamón Puerto Rico Bowl, where he took to the court for a singles and doubles match on day three.
In his singles match, Phillips took on Vasco Trocca from Italy, Phillips won the first set 6-0, but he was made to fight in the second set, but he would win 7-6.
Phillips then teamed up with American Cyrus Mahjoob in the doubles, the second-ranked pair took on Canadians Nicholas Genereux and Jean-Nicolas Leblanc, and Phillips and Mahjoob advanced after picking up a straight-set win 6-3, 6-1.
