Smith Begins Strong In ILCA Midwinter In Florida
Benn Smith began competing in the ILCA Midwinter’s East 2022 in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Competing in the ILCA 7 Standard Class, Smith came off the water in 3rd place on day one.
Two races were sailed, with Smith finishing 3rd in the first race and then he crossed the line 4th in the second race for his 7 points.
Daniel Escudero and Chapman Petersen lead the Regatta with 3 points.
