Bermuda Cyclists Continue Competing Overseas

Bermuda cyclists Kaden Hopkins, Caitlin Conyers, Liam Flannery, and Conor White continued competing overseas.

Kaden Hopkins continued competing in the Van Rysel-Arden Challenge 2022 in Belgium.

Stage Four was over a 131-kilometer race distance, and Hopkins finished 123rd with a time of 2:53.15.

Caitlin Conyers, Liam Flannery, and Conor White continued competing in the Redlands Bicycle Classic in California.

Stage 4 was the City of Redlands Criterium, competing on a 1 mile course the Women competed for 75 minutes, while the Men competed for 90 minutes.

Stage 4 for the Men saw White clocked at 1:30.33 crossing the line 14th, he finished with the same time as the winner and the person crossing 109th, while Flannery finished 94th with a time same time.

White moved up three spots and is now 67th overall with a combined time of 7:57.44, he is 10:03 behind the overall leader Alexander White, which is his CS Velo Racing teammate, while Flannery is 87th up two spots from his starting position with a time of 8:01:06.

During the Women Stage 4, Conyers crossed the line stopping the clock at 1:13.48, she had the same time as the stage winner and the top 24 riders that crossed the line.

Conyers moved up one spot and now sits in 4th place overall with a combined time of 5:12.05, she is 2:45 behind overall leader Emily Marcolini.
