Hopkins Helps Essax Win Volta A Portugal
Kaden Hopkins and his Equipo Essax teammates picked up the best result of the season, as Equipo Essax won the 29th Volta A Portugal Do Futuro.
Hopkins had another excellent day, finishing 24th with a time of 4:03.39, which was the same time as the second place finisher.
Hopkins teammate Gabriel Rojas who was second on GC at the start of the day went on a break of over a minute attacking Essax lead and Hopkins pulled the break back to 15 seconds and they held the yellow jersey.
