Southampton Rangers, Willow Cuts, Western Stars Sports Club, and Warwick Workmen’s Club all recorded victories in this weekend’s Premier & First Division cricket action.

Premier Division

Southampton Rangers Won by 64 Runs: Southampton Rangers 157 St. George’s Cricket Club 93

At the Wellington Oval, the St. Georges Cricket Club won the toss and sent Southampton Rangers to bat, they bowled them out for 157, Janeiro Tucker was the top scorer with 36, while Jonte Smith was the pick of the St. George’s Cricket Club bowlers returning figures of 6-0-38-4, and Shakai Darrell bowled 6.2-1-26-3.

In reply the St. George’s Cricket Club were bowled out for 93, for the Southampton Rangers to win by 64 runs, Smith and Rodney Trott were the top scorers with 19, while Dion Stovell was the pick of the Southampton Rangers bowlers with figures of 9-2-11-4, and Nirobi Smith-Mills bowled 5.3-0-39-3.

Willow Cuts Won by 33 Runs: Willow Cuts 230 Bailey’s Bay 197

At the Somerset Cricket Club, Willow Cuts won the toss and elected to bat, they were bowled all out for 230, Antonio Darrell was the top scorer with 43, while Kris Jackman was the pick of the Bailey’s Bay bowlers with figures of 10-1-27-3, Sharye Tavares bowled 7-1-32-3, and Jordan Burgess bowled 10-0-49-3.

In reply Bailey’s Bay were bowled out for 197, as Willow Cuts won by 33 runs, Tavares was the top scorer with 30, Micah Simons bowled 10-2-32-3, while Kwasi James bowled 8.5-0-32-3.

First Division

Western Stars Sports Club Won by 123 Runs: Western Stars 250 Flatt’s Victoria 127

At the Sea Breeze Oval, Western Stars Sports Club won the toss and elected to bat against Flatt’s Victoria, they would score 250, Seion Darrell was the top scorer with 56, while Nelson Bascome was the pick of the Flatt’s Victoria bowlers returning figures of 10-1-41-3, while Paul Carr Harvey bowled 7.5-0-44-3.

In return Flatt’s Victoria were bowled out for 127, Carr Harvey was the top scorer with 25, while Rohan Davis returned figures of 10-2-31-6 to lead Western Stars to victory.

Warwick Workmen’s Club Won by 24 Runs: Warwick Workmen’s Club 183 Cleveland County 159

At the Southampton Oval, Warwick Workmen’s defeated Cleveland County by 24 runs, Warwick Workmen’s Club batted first and were bowled out for 183, Staohen Dill was the top scorer with 40, Makai Young was the pick of the Cleveland County bowlers with figures of 8-1-43-7.

In reply Cleveland County were bowled all out for 159, Mackinh McGowan was the top scorer with 48, Malachi Jones was the pick of the Warwick Workmen’s Club bowlers with figures of 10-1-27-3, and Dill bowled 8-1-39-3.
