Lewis Moves Up ILCA World Leaderboard Again
Amelia Lewis was back in action competing in the ILCA 4 Youth World Championships 2022 on the waters of Vilamoura in Portugal.
Lewis in a Girl’s Fleet of 156 sailors, moved up 10 more places from her starting position of 81st place to 71st place after 6 races.
Sailors now have the opportunity to discard their worse finish after the four races.
Lewis finished the first race of the day and the fifth of the regatta in 24th place, before crossing the line in 31st in the second race of the day for her 164 net points.
