Pursuant to the provisions of The Marriage Act 1944 and the Jewish Marriage Act, 1946, Her Excellency the Governor, on the 13th day of October 2018 licenced Rabbi Roish Al Reuben Ibragimov, a Minister of Religion of The Jewish Faith residing at 60 Woodmere Blvd South, Woodmere, NY 11598, USA, as a Jewish Marriage Officer, thereby enabling her to perform a marriage ceremony in Bermuda on the 23rd day of October 2022 only.
