Daley Wins 3 Medals At Canadian Swim Meet
Elijah Daley took to the pool for day one of the Age Group International, hosted by the Etobicoke Swim Club at the Etobicoke Olympium in Canada.
On day one, Daley set three new personal best times, as well as picking up a gold and two silver medals.
Daley clocked a time of 1:57.28 during the boy’s 200m freestyle preliminaries to finish fifth before winning the silver medal in the boy’s 200m freestyle final by clocking a personal best time of 1:54.49.
With a time of 2:06.99, Daley finished second in the boy’s 200m butterfly preliminaries. He then clocked a personal best time of 2:05.87 on his way to winning the silver medal in the boy’s 200m butterfly final.
Daley competed in the boy’s 200m individual medley preliminaries, notching the fastest time of 2:08.28, before going on to mark a gold medal personal best time of 2:06.33 in the boy’s 200m individual medley final.
