Bermuda Sailors Continue Regatta In France

Bermuda sailors Adriana Penruddocke, Campbell Patton, Sebastian Kempe, and Benn Smith were all in action during the third day of the 54th Semaine Olympique Française de Hyères – TPM in France.

Penruddocke ended day three in 47th place with 111 points. Penruddocke and the rest of the ILCA^ Fleet sailed three races; she finished 398th in the first race of the day, and the fourth of the series, 27th in the second race of the day, and 41st in the final race of the day.

Patton continues to lead the Bermuda sailors in the ILCA7 Fleet, coming off the water in 69th place with 108 points after six races. Patton finished 22nd in the first race of the day and the fifth of the series, before finishing 37th in the second race.

Kempe finds himself in 89th with 136 points, but he is the under 19 leader. Kempe crossed the line 11th in the first race, before closing out the day in 15th in the second race.

Smith finished the day in 122nd with 174 points. Smith finished 46th in the first race, before finishing 12th in the second race.
