“Originally composed with the anticipation of a third consecutive win for Somerset Cricket Club in 2023, the song’s theme resonates deeply even as the team secured a draw this year. ‘Hat Trick’ is not just a celebration of victories, but also a tribute to the remarkable legacy of Somerset’s accomplishments in the history of the Cup Match.
“Burke, a former lawyer and self-proclaimed historian, channels her passion for storytelling, community and unity into her music.
