Video: Sunday Dec 3 “Good News” Spotlight
News that Ryan Robinson Perinchief was called to the Bermuda Bar, James Lee won the Raleigh Ultimate Survivor fundraising event, NMB promoted Katie Bennett, Ahmani’s Cookies are available on BermudAir, and BioQuest launched to support Bermuda’s biodiversity conservation efforts were some of the positive news stories from the past week.
In additional good news, Reggie Lambe scored for Braintree, Natasha Trott to referee Concacaf matches, Jacob Madeiros has been selected to the Rush National Elite team after scoring a hat trick at a regional event in Florida, Dale Eve kept a clean sheet for Walsall Wood, Ligaya Sanchez-Wilson was called to the Bermuda Bar, and Somersfield Academy announced the recipients of the Equity and Merit Scholarship for the academic year 2023-2024.
Other good news stories included a couple returning to the island and extending their thanks to PC Rajiv Bailey and everyone else who assisted them after they crashed their scooter while on vacation, WOMB Bermuda hold their 5th annual vendors market, Take Five Catering donating a total of 5000 meals to those in need, Ahmani’s cookie’s being available on BermudAir, and Shiona Turini styled Beyonce for her film premiere.
