This Notice may be cited as the Public Access to Information [Information Statement] The Bermuda Post Office Notice 2024.
Deposit of information statement
Pursuant to the requirements of section 5 of the Public Access to Information Act 2010, notice is hereby given that the Bermuda Post Office information statement has been deposited for public inspection at—
the offices of the Bermuda Post Office
the Bermuda Archives; and
the Bermuda National Library,
and shall come into operation on 18 January 2024.

Civil Aviation [Licence Exemption] Order 2024 No [ ]
The Minister responsible for transport in exercise of the powers conferred by section 8[3][b] of the Civil Aviation [Air Transport Licensing] Act 2007 [“the Act”] makes the following Order—
Flights of the following description do not require an air transport licence as granted under section 9 of the Act—
local flights, as defined in paragrah 2. below.
For the purposes of this Order “local flight” means a flight not involving carriage of passengers, mail and/or cargo between different airports or other permitted take-off or landing areas.
Nothing in this Order permits any flight that is otherwise than in accordance with the operator’s air operator’s certificate.
4. This Order shall come into effect when published in the Official Gazette and remains valid until such time as the Minister determines.
