[Written by Stephen Wright]
Goalkeeper Nathan Trott is set for talks with West Ham United regarding his future at the Premier League club, according to British website Football Insider.
It is understood West Ham are yet to make a final decision on the Bermudian, whose contract expires at the end of the season.
The 25-year-old has been on loan at Danish Superliga side Vejle this term, making 22 appearances and keeping five clean sheets.
He recently told Danish outlet Bold that he was open to staying with the relegation-threatened outfit beyond this campaign.
Trott returned to Vejle for a second loan spell after keeping 14 clean sheets in 25 appearances last season, helping them win the NordicBet Liga – the second tier of Danish football.
He has had previous loan stints at AFC Wimbledon in Sky Bet League One and French side AS Nancy Lorraine in Ligue 2.
A former England Under-20 international, Trott made his debut for West Ham as a substitute in a 4-0 win over Doncaster Rovers in the FA Cup fourth round in January 2021.
