6th Annual UT7 Challenge Cup Results
Joey FC, led by Justin Bell, triumphed over Wa Good FC with a 4-1 victory in the final of the sixth annual UT7 Challenge Cup, concluding the ninth annual UT7 Football Series on July 10th.
“UT7 has concluded their sixth annual Challenge Cup [ninth annual UT7 Football Series]. The UT7 3v3 tournament took place this year on July 8th and concluded on July 10th, with this year’s winners being Joey FC, captained by Justin Bell. Joey FC faced off in the final against last year’s finalist and 2022 champion, Wa Good FC, captained by Tomiko Goater.
Joey FC prevailed in a hotly contested final with a score of 4-1, with Blaiz Hall scoring two goals and Justin Bell and Jahzardae Samuels scoring one goal each. Kamali Davis was the lone goal scorer for Wa Good FC.
“In the semi-final match ups, Joey FC overpowered Underated FC 6-1 whilst Wa Good FC defeated the 2023 champions Team Deadly with a score of 4-3.
“In the third place match up between Team Deadly and Underrated FC, Team Deadly prevailed with a score of 3-2. Team Deadly’s goals were scored by Donavan Thompson [2] and Aadil Cadjee. Camaje Smith and Lazai Outerbridge were the goal scorers for Underrated FC.

- 2nd Place Prize: $1000
- 3rd Place: Team Deadly- Squad: Paul Simons [C], Aadil Cajee, Donavan Thompson, Jorge Sanchez, Justin Souza
- 3rd Place Prize: $500
- Golden Boot: Donavan Thompson with 24 goals.
