Bermudian Footballers Assist Thomas College
The Thomas College men’s soccer team enjoyed a memorable fall season, with their team including seven Bermudian footballers: Tre Burgess, Stefan Simmons, Shane Robinson, Joshua Joseph, Cody Robinson, Adio DeShield-Tankard, and Isaiah Francis.
The Thomas men’s soccer team produced one of their best seasons in program history, finishing with an impressive 13-2-4 overall record and an undefeated 8-0-2 record in conference play. Their dominant performance culminated in a 2-0 victory over SUNY Delhi in the North Atlantic Conference [NAC] Championship final, securing their place in the 2024 Division III Men’s Soccer National Tournament.
Joseph, a key figure in the team’s midfield, was named NAC Player of the Year for the second consecutive season. He also earned a place on the NAC All-Conference First Team and the NAC All-Tournament Team.
Cody Robinson was recognized for his sportsmanship and contributions to the team, earning a spot on the NAC All-Conference Sportsmanship Team and the NAC All-Tournament Team.
