Cricket Joins Bermuda Olympic Association
The Bermuda Cricket Board has joined the Bermuda Olympic Association as a full member following the inclusion of cricket at the Olympic Games in Los Angeles in 2028.
The BCB posted on social media: “The Bermuda Cricket Board is pleased to have joined the Bermuda Olympic Association as a full member.
“The inclusion of cricket in the 2028 Los Angeles games will see the BCB and BOA work closely together.
“Thank you to the BOA for inviting us to your annual Christmas reception.”
Cricket will be introduced at the next Olympics and is expected to be a T20 tournament for men and women.
The sport made its first and only Olympic appearance at the Games in 1900 in Paris, France.
