Bermudian Footballers Continue European Tour
The Thomas College football team, featuring a strong contingent of Bermudian players, have continued their European spring break tour with a hard-fought 1-1 draw against FC Koln football Academy.
Following their impressive victory in the Netherlands, Tre Burgess, Shane Robinson, Joshua Joseph, Stefan Simmons, Cody Robinson, Isaiah Francis, and Adio DeShield-Tankard were all involved as Thomas College took to the field for their second-ever international fixture.
The match against FC KoIn proved to be a tighter affair than their previous encounter, with both teams battling for control. Josh Joseph served in the corner to Daud Abdi, who headed it back across for Jamie Fonseca to score in the 89th minute to level the match.
