Hockey: Presidents Wins, Blades & Ducks Draw
The Bermuda Inline Ball Hockey season continued with a double header at the PCC Hockey Rink, where 29 goals were scored across two games.
In the opening match, the Hyannisport Presidents defeated the Charlestown Chiefs 9-6. Kris Abramowski led the Presidents with four goals. Eric Walker added two goals, while Rob Osborne, Ryan Bates, and Chris Oakley each scored one. For the Chiefs, Chris Grantier scored four goals and Pete Brodsky contributed two.
The second game resulted in a 7-7 tie between the Broome County Blades and the Long Island Ducks. The Blades’ scoring included two goals each from Ryan Wilson, Josh Wilson, and Matt Mcphail, with Brett Sheriffs adding a single goal. Theo Caimassidis scored three goals for the Ducks, and Jake Fenske and Bruce Sinclair each scored two.
