BermudAir Expands To Newark And LGA
BermudAir is expanding its network with the launch of new nonstop flights to Newark Liberty International [EWR] and LaGuardia [LGA] airports.
A spokesperson said, “Bermudians now have even more choice and flexibility when planning their next trip to the Big Apple. This month, BermudAir is expanding its network with the launch of new nonstop flights to Newark Liberty International [EWR] and LaGuardia [LGA] airports. These new routes complement the airline’s existing service to Westchester County Airport [HPN] in White Plains, meaning Bermuda’s own airline now connects directly to all three points of what it calls the “New York Triangle”.
“The addition of Newark and LaGuardia further strengthens BermudAir’s growing East Coast presence. This winter, the airline will serve eight U.S. destinations—Boston, Baltimore/Washington, Raleigh-Durham, Richmond, Orlando, Newark, LaGuardia, and Westchester—along with Toronto, Montreal, and Halifax in Canada.”
“Adding service to LaGuardia and Newark is a significant milestone for BermudAir,” said Adam Scott, Founder & CEO of BermudAir. “At the same time, many of our most loyal and frequent travellers to Westchester and Fairfield counties spoke up—and we listened. With the launch of our ‘New York Triangle’, we’re offering nonstop flights to the three most convenient New York City area airports, providing leisure and business travellers alike with more flexibility and convenient access from and to Bermuda.”
A spokesperson added, “Service to Westchester [HPN] will now operate three times weekly on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays, departing Bermuda at 3:55 pm and arriving in Westchester at 5:00 pm, then departing at 6:00 pm and arriving in Bermuda at 9:05 pm.
“BermudAir’s trio of New York routes have been warmly welcomed by the local community, reigniting the tradition of convenient day trips to and from the city. With morning departures to New York and Westchester’s easy late-afternoon return, travellers can once again enjoy quick business visits, shopping excursions, or spontaneous getaways. The “New York Triangle” truly reconnects Bermuda with the heartbeat of the city, offering smooth, stress-free access to Manhattan and beyond.
“Flights between Bermuda and Newark will operate twice-weekly on Thursdays and Sundays, departing Bermuda at 8 am, arriving into EWR at 9:30 am. Return flights depart Newark at 11:00 am, landing in Bermuda at 2:15 pm. Service to LaGuardia will operate twice-weekly on Wednesdays and Saturdays, departing Bermuda at 8:05 am, arriving into LGA at 9:35 am. Return flights depart LGA at 11 am, landing in Bermuda at 2:20 pm.
“In conjunction with the expanded New York service, BermudAir Holidays has launched a major winter promotion to entice New York travellers to visit Bermuda. From October 15 through December 6, 2025, travellers can book exclusive $99 return flights to Bermuda when reserving a hotel stay through BermudAir Holidays. This offer, developed in partnership with the Bermuda Tourism Authority and the Bermuda Hotel Association, highlights Bermuda as the closest and most attainable winter escape from the city. The campaign will feature across Amazon, Google, and Meta platforms to inspire immediate bookings and boost travel to the island between December 1, 2025 and February 28, 2026.
