Oh my! Praying for those in car have safe healing recovery as the impact yet alone the flying into the water the fact they were all able to get out before the pressure of the water restricted their evacuation is a huge blessing. God is good. Looks like the wind gusts are very high and as a result of so many hurricane wind gusts the safety on certain roads during this time is with extreme caution ⚠️ So glad they are getting the medical care needed and they are alive. Praying for their healing as they recover from any injuries unknowingly due to such trauma ????

What time was the incident? That reminds me, what was the outcome of the car downing the pole by Highwood lane, Harbour road? Missed the media reports of the case.

    • Toodle-oo says:

Happened just before 1pm and two children in the car . Most unlikely to be a DUI incident .

  3. Triangle Drifter says:

If there was a proper steel crash barrier installed and not the easily destroyed stone wall that car would be on the road and not overboard where the occupants could have easily drowned.

    • Get Real says:

Oh sure it’s totally the WALL’s fault after 25 years of standing there like a silent witness. Let’s just not blame the driver instead-probably not the best behind the wheel or maybe just busy daydreaming!

    • Daniel says:

Maybe they shouldn’t have crashed through wall in the first place? Clearly car was going too fast to do that. We need to make the drivers accountable for all reckless driving which could lead to a terrible tragedy, not keep apologising for them or blaming the walls!
