2nd Annual Pickleball National Championships
The Pickleball Association of Bermuda [PAB] announced that the 2025 Pickleball National Championships will take place from Monday, November 24th through Saturday, November 29th at the W.E.R. Joell Tennis Stadium.
A spokesperson said, “Now in its second year, the Championships have quickly grown into the island’s premier pickleball event, drawing players of all ages and abilities.
“This year’s Nationals will feature divisions for all levels, including:
- “Open – open to any age level and showcasing Bermuda’s top talent in elite skill level divisions
- “Senior [Age 50+] – a rapidly growing group in the sport
“Matches will run throughout the week, with finals scheduled for Saturday. Spectators are welcome, and admission is free.”
PAB President George Thomas said, “Participation in our sport has exploded and the Nationals give players of every age and skill level a chance to shine. We’re excited to build on last year’s momentum and deliver an even better event.”
A spokesperson added, “The Championships will include singles, doubles, and mixed doubles, with medals awarded across all divisions.
“The PAB encourages the public to come out, cheer on local athletes, and experience one of the world’s fastest-growing sports firsthand.
