  1. Ferry service has deteriorated says:

And their supervisors do nothing. They barely say hello or good morning or I hope you are enjoying your holiday. The boats often are not cleaned as they race to watch football matches. They used to walk through and pick up any trash accidentally dropped or answer any questions. Who monitors who pays, gives a ticket or is a senior? Nice boats but who is monitoring service and safety?

  2. Really says:

Bad karma to reuse names. when existing boats still function. Should have named them Corruption and Inept.

  3. Great says:

But can they improve the quality of service? Rarely a good morning or welcome and once boarded they go watch live uk football on the TV when there should be short films on Dockyard.
