Very nice.
But can Somerset Bridge still be called “the smallest drawbridge in the world” if it is inoperable (which is has been for many years)?
Don’t think that it has been functional since at least the late 1980s, that’s OK, it sure looks nice for Christmas.
My recollection is that Somerset Bridge was “functional” but not much used into the 21st Century.
I seem to recall that it was about 20 years ago that the Government announced that Somerset Bridge would no longer be operable.
