Elijah Daley Wins Three Events In Toronto
Bermudian swimmer Elijah Daley won three individual events to lead the University of Toronto Varsity Blues men’s swimming team to a 50-39 dual meet victory over the York Lions at the Athletic Centre – Varsity Pool in Canada this weekend.
Daley finished first in the 50m breaststroke, the 100m breaststroke, and the 100m individual medley. The three victories occurred during the morning session of the meet.
“Our coaching staff knew how valuable Elijah would be to our program and he’s proving us right,” said head coach Byron MacDonald.
