“PKN Volume 37 will bring together voices from across Bermuda’s creative, professional, academic, and advocacy communities:

  • “Stacey-Lee Williams, Executive Director of Citizens Uprooting Racism in Bermuda [CURB], will present Dominant Narrative vs. Counter Narrative: Whose Story Gets Told. Her Bermuda-focused talk examines how dominant narratives are formed and how alternative perspectives reveal a fuller picture of shared history, inviting reflection on education, tourism, race, and class. Williams holds degrees in Business Administration and Educational Psychology and is a certified Restorative Practitioner.
  • “Anil Chatergoon returns to the PechaKucha stage with Divination through the Lens of the Tarot. His presentation explores tarot beyond mystery, examining its connections to astrology and the elements while revealing how symbolic systems can offer practical guidance for decision-making, reflection, and personal growth. Anil is an accountant fluent in both numbers and words, with passions spanning photography, writing, and theatre. He has previously presented at PechaKucha on Dreams, Divination, and the Future [May 2024] and Death and Grief: Journey or Destination? [November 2024]. A playwright and director, he directed Twue Wuv [May 2025] and wrote The Last Hurrah [January 2025] for BMDS 24 Hours to Curtain.
  • “Natalie Sannemalm will present The Journey of Concept to Completion in Creating a Book, an intimate reflection on authoring, illustrating, and self-publishing. She will share the inspiration behind her book and the practical realities of bringing a creative project from idea to finished publication.
  • “Dr. Kathia Roberts, PhD, ND, D.Phyt, NIMH, will present The Sound of Creation. Drawing from ancient cosmologies, Indigenous drum traditions, and lived experience in natural childbirth, Dr. Roberts will explore sound as the original creative force, inviting the audience to reflect on what we are speaking and summoning into existence. A medicine woman, educator, natural birth advocate, and sound healer, her work weaves anthropology, Egyptian mythology, and shamanic practice.
  • “Dileri Sadhana will present A Tantrika’s Path, a deeply personal story of identity, displacement, and reclaiming sovereignty through embodiment practices. Drawing from six years living in Asia and immersion in Tantra philosophy, movement, and breathwork, Dileri explores belonging as an internal state and invites audiences to reconnect with vitality and self-trust.
  • “Jeron Gunnes will present How Muay Thai Influenced My Life! In this personal talk, Jeron will reflect on discovering martial arts as a teenager and how Muay Thai became a powerful outlet for channeling emotions in a positive and disciplined way. What began as a pursuit of the sport at a professional level evolved into a deeper calling: teaching and mentoring others. Today, Jeron shares the values of resilience, focus, and self-confidence with students ranging in age from 8 to over 75, demonstrating how martial arts can transform both body and mindset across generations.

“Members of the public are warmly invited to attend. A cash bar will be available, with proceeds supporting Blue Waters Anglers Club’s youth fishing programmes and initiatives. Seating will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Admission is FREE, and donations are welcome to help offset event costs, support the Club, and ensure the continuation of this free community event series.
