Blake Montgomery Helps Badgers Reach Final
Bermudian ice hockey player Blake Montgomery and the Wisconsin Badgers secured a 2-1 victory over North Dakota Fighting Hawks in the semi-finals of the NCAA Division I Men’s Ice Hockey Championship in Las Vegas.
The win sends Wisconsin into the national final, where they will face either Denver Pioneers or Michigan Wolverines.
Montgomery, a forward, helped the Badgers reach their first Frozen Four since 2010 following a 4-3 victory over top-seeded Michigan State Spartans.
