SailGP Launches ‘Bring Your Own Boat’ Sales
SailGP has opened Bring Your Own Boat ticket sales for the Bermuda Sail Grand Prix in May, offering fans a unique on-water viewing experience inside the racecourse.
A spokesperson said, “SailGP has officially opened sales for its Bring Your Own Boat [BYOB] offering for the Apex Group Bermuda Sail Grand Prix, taking place on May 9 & 10 at Morgan’s Point. Fans can purchase their tickets now at SailGP.com/Bermuda.
“The BYOB program gives fans the chance to experience the world’s most exciting racing on water from inside the Exclusion Zone, straight from their own boat. With international teams racing high-speed F50 catamarans close to shore at up to 100km/hour, BYOB offers one of the most unique and thrilling ways to take in the action live.
Each BYOB booking includes:
- Exclusion Zone access on the racecourse perimeter and a souvenir flag
- Advanced briefing materials and access to a live contact group for event-day updates and support
- Live race commentary via VHF radio so fans can follow every key moment on the water
BYOB ticket pricing:
- BD$575 for boats up to 39 feet
- BD$960 for boats 40–59 feet
- BD$1,820 for boats 60–79 feet
