Four Footballers In England Preseason Action
Four Bermudian footballers were involved in pre-season matches in England on Tuesday evening, with Kane Crichlow, Keziah Martin and Harry Twite’s teams recording victories, while Ne-Jai Tucker helped Walton & Hersham earn a draw.
Crichlow started for Dagenham & Redbridge in their 5-0 win over Crystal Palace Under-21 at Victoria Road.
The Bermuda international played 62 minutes before being substituted, with Kayden Harrack, Andy Carroll, Harry Beautyman, Kymani Thomas and Noah Coppin scoring for the Daggers.
Martin was named in the starting line-up as Hereford defeated Worcester City 3-1 at the MandM Edgar Street Stadium.
Cawley Cox, Luke Spokes and Danny Waldron scored for Hereford, with Martin involved before being replaced during the second half.
Harry Twite’s Basford United recorded a 2-1 victory over Kimberley Miners Welfare at Greenwich Avenue.
Tucker started for Walton & Hersham in their 1-1 draw away to Sutton United at Gander Green Lane.
Besart Topallaj gave Sutton the lead before Seydil Toure equalised for Walton & Hersham in the second half.
