Batting first after losing the toss, Coventry & North Warwickshire scored 152 all out off 46.4 overs, with opener Bascome facing 16 balls, hitting five fours.
In reply, Solihull scored 154 for six off 31.4 overs, with wicketkeeper Bascome taking one catch.
