Govt Pays Tribute To Air Ambulance Crew
The Bermuda Government has extended condolences to the families, friends and colleagues of four crew members who were onboard the air ambulance.
Following the official release of their names by the U.S Coast Guard and the Canadian air ambulance company, a Government spokesperson said, “We extend our deepest condolences to the families, friends, colleagues and loved ones of Captain Philip Childerhose, First Officer Thomas Farquhar, Flight Nurse Sarah Paton and Respiratory Therapist Jolene Weir, who tragically lost their lives in the aircraft incident near Nantucket Island, Massachusetts.
“These dedicated professionals came to Bermuda to provide an important service that has supported individuals and families during some of life’s most difficult moments. We are deeply grateful for their service and the care they provided to our community.”
