BTFA 10K & Half Marathon Results
This morning [Nov 28] The Bermuda Track and Field Association [BTFA] held a Half Marathon and 10K which started and finished at the Botanical Gardens in Paget.
Evan Naude won the 10K in a time of 34:53, Nick Strong finishing second in 39:47, while William Woods was third in 40:05. Deborah Norman was the first female across the line in the 10K distance, finishing 12th overall in a time of 44:48, with Gema O’Brien the second female in 47:04 and Martina Olcheski-Bell was the third female finisher in the time of 47:53.
Finishing in a time of 1:15:46 Sean Trott won the Half Marathon Distance, with Geoff Blee second in 1:24:24 and Gerd Balon in third in 1:24:41. Victoria Fiddick finished 11th overall, in 1:31:54, to win the Women’s Half Marathon Title, while Vivienne Lochhead finished second, and Lesley Caslin in third.
