Photos: A Look Back At The KPMG Mile

The 36th Annual Bermuda Marathon Weekend kicked off Friday night [Jan 14] with the KPMG Front Street Mile. More than 620 race participants set out on Bermuda’s roads for the Invitational Mile, the Bermuda 10K and 10K Walk, the 2011 Bermuda Half Marathon, and the Bermuda Triangle Challenge over the weekend.

A new record set in the Elite Women’s race, with defending champion Kenia Sinclair from Jamaica breaking the tape in a time of 4:33.6, while Phillip Lagat won the Elite Men’s Race in a time of 4:20.2, he was clocked in the same time as Luke Watson who was declared second.
