  1. True Bermudian says:

When is the White Bermudians Planning Session for Internalised Racism?

When is the Unique Opportunity of those Whites who are tired of hearing about Black and White?

Or better yet… how about” the Unique Opportunity of those Whites who are tired of being blamed for sh*t they didn’t do.

Get over yourself and stop blaming whitey for problems we can all change by working together. Time to grow up and move forward together instead of being held slaves to the past.

But some would rather have you held in mental slavery because it ensures their vote.

  2. Whitey (original) says:

The whiners who blame everything on race will continue to do so until it doesn’t work anymore. May that day come soon.

Whenever I faced failure of any kind, I couldn’t blame race, I had to suck it up and try again. There were jobs I didn’t get, loans I was refused, speeding tickets I received, disappointments of all types. I am proud that I sucked it up and tried to improve myself. The moaners and whiners who continue to blame everything on race should try it sometime.

  3. CanadianLuv says:

The FACT that it is ONLY for BLACK BERMUDIANS is racist and encouraging segregation its self!
So how are YOU ( organizer) planning on solving an issue you are REINFORCING??
The only way we can move forward is if we ALL African American, Caucasian, South Asian etc. ALL come together and figure out strategies that are supported by the government / law/ Human rights acts & US as a community!

  4. Let's Think About This... says:

So there’s going to be a meeting to talk about being tired of hearing about black and white…um, am I the only one who sees this as backwards? Talking about something people (only blacks apparently) are tired of hearing about? Want to stop hearing about it, stop bringing it up every 5 minutes. Want to improve relations between people? Stop looking at their skin color! No one treats a King James Version Bible with a red cover better than one with a green cover when exactly the same material is on the inside of both. If that can be done for a Bible, it should be done for humans too.

By all appearances all previous posters have no idea what these discussions are about. Those who attend do not seek your approval.
